Please provide a street address for shipment. U.S. Mail will be used for shipment when a PO Box is provided. We will not be responsible for packages not received when sent via mail.

International shipments require a shipping quote, please contact customer service.

Please allow 10 to 15 days for delivery of in stock items. Additional time may be required for personalized or custom items.


Returns/Exchanges/Damages/Adjustments [Top]

Check Your Order Upon Receipt.

No Returns or Refunds After 30 Days of Receipt of Merchandise.

A UPS call tag will be issued for defective product or Children's National Employee Shop error, all other returns are the responsibilty of the customer. When returning items please use a traceable shipping method. Please provide a copy of your packing slip and explantion of how you would like your return/exchange processed.
