Want to check the status of your order?
If you placed your order as a customer or as a guest, please contact our customer service agents via phone: 1 888 932 7472 or via email: email@example.com to track your order.
You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:
- The first confirms that your order was received; this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order on-line, via telephone, or email. See the Order status section above.
You can check the status of your shop.hrc.org orders by clicking on "Order Status" at the top of any page. If you have an order outstanding, you will see its details. If you have more than one order outstanding, you will go to your Order History page, where you'll see orders from the past six months. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details.
On the Order Details page, you'll see the items in the order, the shipping address, shipping method, payment details and any return or exchange information. On the Shipment Summary, you'll also see the current status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service for each package.
Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we'll provide tracking information for all packages, as well as details on which items you can expect in which package.
Change in Your Order Status
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
When you register and create your account with shop.hrc.org, we'll remember your information so that the checkout process is a breeze. You'll also be able to store all your addresses and check your order history too.
Can I place an order without registering?
Yes, you can. You can also check your order status via a customer service agent (telephone or email) without registering, but registering will give you access to more information about your order.
What will you do with my information after I register?
What if I forget my password?
No problem. We can give you a hint. If you still can't remember, we can reset your password and email a new one to you. We can't give out passwords over the phone or email them to a different email address than the one used to register.
When I enter my name during registration, is it secure?
We use the Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than shop.hrc.org. For more information on SSL click here.
When I register, will I be receiving shop.hrc.org catalogs or email promotions?
Yes. When you register or place an order with us, you are automatically added to our mailing list.

When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account. In certain circumstances, such as for technical or processing reasons, we may process your payment as a check transaction. If we make a one-time electronic funds transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account the same day you make your payment, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
For security purposes, please do not send cash or request CODs. In addition, please do not include your credit card number on any email communication.
PLACING AN ORDER BY MAIL OR FAX

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to: DC, MD, and VA.
For purchases made in Canada, we collect duty and GST where applicable.
CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD
We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Most purchases are shipped by UPS or USPS from our Maryland warehouse within 5 business days from receipt of order. Please note that we can only ship to PO Box addresses via USPS. We cannot ship Express Delivery to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or PO Box addresses. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-932-7472 for shipping rates outside of contiguous 48 states or check your shipping inside the shopping cart during checkout.

For express delivery, orders must be received Monday through Friday by 11 am ET.
We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping address" page during checkout. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your HRC Shop purchase, simply return item(s) for a full refund or exchange your item(s). Unwashed, unworn, and undamaged items with tags still attached can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase date.
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Refunds will be given in the same manner as the original transaction. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us in the form of a store credit.
Online/Mail/Phone Order Purchases
To return item(s), fill out the return form that was sent with your order. For your convenience, you can print out a return/exchange form here. if you cannot locate it. For returns, only the return portion of the form needs to be completed. Items can be returned/exchanged unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with tags still attached, within 60 days of original purchase date. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the packing slip invoice, is required for return of item(s). If you cannot find your packing slip invoice, call the HRC Shop Hotline at 1-888-932-7472. Credits and charges will be issued in the same manner as the original transaction. Please allow seven (7-14) business days for your returns and exchanges to be processed.

Shipping charges for returned items and exchanges, as well as initial shipping fees are not refundable.
Shipping charges are refunded only if:
- the carrier loses the package
- an item was shipped damaged or defective
- an item was damaged during shipping
- we ship an incorrect item
If the return is a result of our error, you won't be charged for return shipping. Call 1-888-932-7472 and a UPS call tag can either be emailed or mailed to your address, or we can send UPS directly to your address to pick up the items. For your convenience, the cost of shipping returns will be deducted from your refund amount.
Items can be exchanged unwashed, unworn, and undamaged within 60 days of original purchase date. Exchanges are subject to our regular shipping and handling fees. If you are exchanging your purchase for something else, we will apply your credit towards the new item(s) at their current price. Fill out the return and exchange section of the return form that was sent with your order.
Special Order Items
Special order items, such as the gold and platinum rings may be returned with a 20% restocking fee. Print on demand orders or personalized product cannot be returned.
If you used a coupon code to make your purchase, we will exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. If you are exchanging your purchase for something else, we will apply your credit towards the new item at their current price. A previously used coupon code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.
Purchases made online, and by mail or phone may only be returned by mail. Online, mail, and phone purchases may not be returned to one of our HRC Shop locations. Clothing Size Chart
Ring Size Chart
Find the perfect ring size for you or your loved one. String can be used to measure a finger's circumference. Simply wrap the string around the finger in the area that the ring will rest. Make sure the string can fit comfortably over the knuckle. Mark the point where the string meets itself. Measure the length of the string that fit around your finger with a ruler to find the circumference. Your left and right finger may have varying circumferences so, it is best to measure the finger on the hand that you will wear the ring.You may also visit your local jewelry store for ring sizing.

Sterling Silver Care Instructions
Unlike gold, sterling silver will naturally tarnish or dull as it reacts with sulphur in the air, or the chemistry of the skin. This can usually be polished away with a proprietary cleaning cloth which cleans without abrasion. Humble soap and water will remove dirt from the surface and restore the brightness of this most popular of precious metals."
Sterling silver pieces are antiqued in the classical fashion to highlight the inscription. A few people may suffer a small skin reaction or discoloration with traces of antique which remain in the polished surfaces of the silver. This is usually temporary and will stop after a few days a wear. Gold pieces are antiqued using electroplated rhodium.
